Our story
Top It Off Landscaping is a family-owned business based in Henderson, led by owner Carlos. With over seven years of experience, the team handles recurring maintenance, tree work, irrigation repairs, and cleanups for homes across Henderson, Boulder City, and the Las Vegas Valley.
Customers mention the same things again and again: Carlos shows up when he says he will, explains what he’s going to do, and leaves the yard cleaner than he found it.

Plants are pruned for health and natural form. We don’t shear everything into boxes or cut back more than the season supports.

Controllers follow the local watering schedule, and leaks or overspray get flagged instead of ignored. Southern Nevada’s water rules apply to every property, and we work within them.
