When a yard needs a reset
Yards fall behind for ordinary reasons: a busy season, a vacant rental, a move, or a maintenance company that stopped showing up. A cleanup brings the property back to a clean, maintainable baseline.
Cleanups are quoted as one-time jobs with a clear scope. If you’d like to keep the yard that way, we can follow up with a recurring plan, with no obligation.
A good fit if
- You’re preparing a home to sell or rent
- A rental is between tenants
- The yard got away from you over the summer
- You’re about to start a recurring plan

Your written estimate confirms the final scope. Anything outside it is quoted first and done only with your approval.

Local conditions
Seasonal cleanups in the valley
- Spring: clearing winter debris and frost-damaged growth once new growth shows, and resetting beds before the heat.
- Fall: cutting back summer growth, clearing leaf drop, and switching controllers to cooler-season settings.
- After windy spells: debris and fronds collect in beds and gravel quickly. One-time cleanups are available as needed.
