Most plant losses start with water
In the desert, irrigation is what keeps a landscape alive. A clogged emitter, a broken head, or a controller still on its summer program can quietly kill plants or waste water for weeks.
Irrigation maintenance means checking the system on a schedule, adjusting it as the seasons change, and reporting problems clearly with a recommendation.
A good fit if
- Shrubs and trees are on drip irrigation
- Lawns are on spray or rotor heads
- Nobody changes the controller between seasons
- A sprinkler head or drip line is leaking or broken

Local conditions
The Las Vegas Valley watering schedule
The Las Vegas Valley Water District sets mandatory watering days by season, and your watering group determines which days apply to your property.
- Summer (May 1 to Aug. 31): any day except Sunday. No landscape watering between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m.
- Spring (Mar. 1 to Apr. 30) and fall (Sept. 1 to Oct. 31): three assigned days a week.
- Winter (Nov. 1 to Feb. 28): one assigned day a week.
- Year-round: sprinkler watering on Sundays isn’t allowed, and watering outside assigned days can bring a water-waste fee.
Drip systems follow the same assigned days but typically run longer and less often than spray zones.

How it works
How irrigation checks work
- Request Tell us about the system and any problems you’ve noticed.
- System walkthrough We run each zone and note what’s there.
- Report and recommendations You get a plain list of issues and suggested fixes.
- Seasonal checks Controllers are adjusted as the schedule changes.
Will you change my controller when the season changes?
Yes. Seasonal controller adjustments are part of irrigation maintenance. You’ll need your watering group, or we can help you look it up.
Do you fix broken sprinkler heads, drip lines, and timer boxes?
Yes. Irrigation repairs, leak repairs, and timer box replacements are part of what we do. Repairs are quoted first so you can approve them.
My water bill jumped. Can you find the cause?
We can check the landscape system for leaks, broken heads, and overwatering. Leaks inside the home or on the water service line are outside landscape maintenance.
