Maintenance across the city
The City of Las Vegas covers a wide spread of properties, from older central neighborhoods with mature trees and remaining lawns to newer planned communities built with desert landscaping from the start. Maintenance looks different in each.
Older lots often need more shrub reduction, cleanup under mature trees, and attention to aging irrigation. Newer homes usually need consistent bed care, drip checks, and light shaping to keep young plants in form.

Local rules
Rules that affect a Las Vegas yard
- Watering days: most Las Vegas addresses are served by the Las Vegas Valley Water District, which assigns watering days by season and doesn’t allow sprinkler watering on Sundays. Find your group.
- HOAs: many neighborhoods have associations with their own landscape standards. Share them with us and they become part of your scope.
Questions
Service in Las Vegas
Do you serve my neighborhood?
Las Vegas is one of our service areas. Include your address on the estimate form and we’ll confirm before scheduling anything.
Can I get service for a rental I don’t live in?
Yes. Many owners manage maintenance remotely. We’ll arrange gate access and contact you by your preferred method.
Is there anything different about older Las Vegas neighborhoods?
Mature trees, older irrigation, and more remaining lawn are common. Expect the first visit to include some catch-up work, which is scoped separately from routine maintenance.
